Whats your guys opinions on FURIA. Personally i thought they were qa team that always had the potential, to play at the highest level and most of their players have massive T1 experience and could go really far in VCT if they made it to more LAN events.

They've always done somewhat well in VCT Challengers Brazil Stage 1 and 2 they always qualified, to playoffs but usually would go out around 4-5th place or somewhere around there and usually show up massively in the LCQ tournaments for Champions.

Their roster has remained the same for 2 years during 2021-2022 and have shown massive improvements, and have nearly caused upsets in booh Champions like nearly beating Sentinels in Champions 2021 and nearly beating teams like DRX and FNATIC in Champions 2022.

Their roster around this time was:

dgzin
Nowzer(nzr)
Khalil
Mazin
Quick

After Franchising was announced FURIA's main initiator player Nowzer(nzr) left FURIA to join, LATAM's best team Leviatan's new roster and quickly signed a popular young player called mwzera from Vivo Keyd which was a 1 month transfer from Gamelanders Blue.

Their new roster is:

dgzin
mwzera
Khalil
Mazin
Quick

Can't wait to see this roster perform at the level they deserve to play in.

i wouldn't say there mid they have massive potential to be possibly LOUD Champions 2022 good when they get comfortable in a LAN setting

probably the best roster in Brazil now that Loud got exploded + STATS

i wouldn't say LOUD is finished they still got 3 core players aspas, Less and saadhak and tuyz and cauanzin are really good pickups and can easily adapt to proper T1

idk anything about cauanzin and tuyz, we'll have to see

im not rockin with aspas at all, i think he's boosted

Less is good, Saadhak is solid

I just think Furia will be better

Pancada was the best player on Loud by far

aspas was just the guy that neutralized Yay (best player itw) in Iceland Upper Final and in Champions both finals (Upper and Grand Final)
how is he boosted?

EDIT:
Cauanzin has proved himself in Iceland 2022 and LCQ for Denmark giving good performances and being the 2nd best player of NIP in the year (after xand)
TuyZ had a MASSIVE improvement through out 2022 having his peak (so far) in LCQ for Champions, but now that he changed to Controller role, I think he had discovered his best fit role (just like pANcada did as he started as a Duelist too, and became the best Controller itw)

This is a bold take considering Loud won GF at Champions due to 2 close overtimes, and yay performed well in all 4 maps, while aspas was only really a determining factor on breeze, but do you

The "neutralized" was not meaning that Yay didn't play well, but that he did not stood out like almost all of OpTic games through out the year
+
Less was a monster as well in almost all LOUD international games, but that was possible thanks to aspas neutralizing yay

Im sorry bro but this "aspas neutralizing yay" narrative is absolutely deranged

but yeah Less played well

Still think LOUD is better, only player that maybe wins on individual skill is mwzera, if comparing dgzin to aspas
Saadhak still top 3 IGL in the world, 4 players in Less, aspas, cauanzin with international LAN experience, and Tuyz with LATAM LCQ experience also on LAN

Louds diferential was always they knowledge diff, with saadhak, aspas and less on the team they are still better then any brazilian team at the moment, maybe mibr with bzka but idk if mibr have the firepower

I'm not putting too much faith in scrims for anyone

From what I understand you play scrims to practice and try things out, not win

We will see what happens at a real event

scrims don't mean that much tbh

khalil- inconsistent but good aim
qck- seems anxious everytime but really good
dgzin- good operator but too slow(like pancada), tier 2 duelist in franchise
mwzera- will have to carry them
mazin- inconsistent

every player has their bad moments but they are most likely 10x better than you so stay mad

i'm comparing with franchise leagues, i consider chronicle, mw, nats, less, aspas, derke , mako , yay tier 1(the other players of furia are not in this level in my opinion). Look the champions stats and the last year and you will see. It's a really good team but will need more consistency

What i've heard off is that they were becoming stronger each day, better and better. For me they will be the greatest Brazilian team this year.

Obviously, they should be for having 3 Monsters + 2 A+ Players in their roster.

QCK, Dgzin, Mwzera is Just OP.

Mazin, Khalil is the support you would want to have.

Dgzin and Khalil are low mid at best gonna get deleted by other American teams like 100t nrg sen c9 easily

i could see why you think that but i would say with enough time they could improve their aim enough to where they stand a chance against people like zekken, Zellsis and Xeppaa
