Disclaimer: This is MY opinion and yours may vary lightly or heavily. It was difficult making this list as it's difficult to value players based on ability since different players play different roles but I feel this will be a good indicator of who will be up there based on numbers and potential alone. This was incredibly hard to make even based on numbers potential and my personal opinion and honestly from 1-9 and 10 downwards it is easily interchangeable. These are my predictions by the end of 2023. There are obviously other factors that increase the value of a player (IGLing etc.)

Marved isn't there because this is 'The Top 30 Players in Valorant Franchising' and he isn't currently in there. Pancada is in the honourable mentions found it difficult to put him in. And I believe this year bang could become one of the best smokes players in the world. That's just my take, if its wrong feel free the flame me, if it's right I'm sure you'll go quiet.

Mako should be a bit higher imo though I also think bang will be the best controller this year. Aspas is really overrated imo, I swear he had the worst rating on his team at champs. There are a few players I would interchange but the rest of the list is fairly reasonable imo considering how hard it is to make a top 30 list.
Nvm why is jinggg that low, should at least be higher than tenz.

What is this shameless DRX slander? How is the first player on DRX on the list number fucking 20? Explain. Mako is better than every controller main (except maybe bang rn) on that list. This list is just so biased to NA and EMEA. It is absolutely terrible wtf. Come on we all know at least jingg should be in the top 15, so why tf is he number 22? Awful list. This is objectively horrendous, even putting aside my biases.

Kinda fair, just wouldn't put Cryo that high, when Yay and Tenz are marginally lower than him while being basically equal in terms of skill. Me personally, I'd have aspas at 1 as a player since he has Cryo's skill and production while playing a harder role (Main entry vs a literal fragging position).

The other problem I have with the list is an inconsistent show of a 'value' boost. Like I said before, Aspas in this format is an undebatable #1. With that, if you are taking into consideration things like IGLing, FNS isn't even listed as an honorable mention. Is FNS a top 30 in pure skill? No. Is FNS a top 30 when you take into account he is an IGL? In my opinion, its an overwhelming yes.

I like the list, just some micro-movements that I have a personal problem with since you and I probably value different players less or more. I value players like Chronicle or Sacy more than you do, and you value players like Leo and Leaf a bit more than I do. I appreciate the time you put into the list.

And remember folks,

Champions 2022, Grand Finals, Map 1: Sacy goes 12-3 against Yay and drops 32 kills in order to carry Loud through one of the most important maps in Valorant history. Sacy my goat.
