Legit like they’re getting countered and hard read by almost all of the NA teams. The only one that looks almost in form is when FNC fought liquid.

Emea map pool is absolute dogpoop trash
Its funny how mini insists on playing pearl and banning smth else when its clearly their current worst map as they are absolutely clueless on it and look horrible. I mean 100t has 2x less time than fnc to prepare pearl and yet they were so much better at it. Mini and boaster always take months (way too much time) to get good at a map or even understand it.
Their other maps arent that good. Ascent? Xset and fpx and loud and drx have a better ascent. Bind? Optic xset drx have better bind. Haven ? Xset and fpx and drx have a better haven. Fracture? Optic drx fpx xset have a better fracture. They’re simply worse.

Fpx uncharacteristically were extremely slow at learning pearl too they looked fucking atrocious. Just as clueless as fnc on it, honestly i couldnt finish the map. But they only played it once, they recognize their pearl is trash for now, unlike fnc. T

Now breeze, fpx think their breeze is good for some reason. Maybe because they won copenhagen on breeze but tbh that whole tourney, their breeze looked horrible (sometimes ange1 yoru, sometimes ange1 fade and other fluctuating shit, they didnt even know what to do on it). And if prx had a human comp they might’ve won it.

Thats 2 maps where most other teams remaining are much better at. (Not including loud on pearl only). So its a big veto disadvantage. Optic have the best map pool at the event so far, to my knowledge.

Emea needs to get back to work after roster lock to get back on fork cause this aint it 😅

NA are just focusing on winning against EMEA cuz EMEA is their biggest opposition.

emea team right now is all onliners, especially fnatic and liquid. they just got exposed

EU underestimates the rest of the world bc they're the "best region" (lot of good teams and a balanced VCT)
everybody comes there bootcamp and beat the living shit out of them, and they just doesnt seem to care

the better team = more people spend time and good strats to win against them

angel said in his interview, one of the reasons is pearl, emea teams arent comfortable on that map and hence the map pool tends to shift against them when against NA. also tbf fpx are facing a dip in form. fnc is really different, had a rough game against 100t and furia but found form after that. against xset as much as we can go in game details its basically alfa getting sub 150acs. you just cant win if a 300 acs player has 150 acs day

There's no guaranteed team in any region that can stay consistent or close to their top forms.

Pearl. That's it. EMEA ended up being shit on that map for some reason most likely worse approach or teams aren't scrimming it as much or something like that. And that means that Every EMEA team so far has had to play one of their 2 worst maps. Fnatic with Breeze and Pearl(their Breeze looked decent but still perma ban and their Haven is mid), FPX with Breeze and Pearl and TL with Pearl and Bind. For example look DRX they can just perma ban Pearl because they don't have other perma bans. EMEA teams didn't prepare to be shit on Pearl.

I said this before, but people started agreeing only after ANGE1 himself said it in a interview. After Champions its going to be different when EMEA teams actually know how play this map. That's why other regions shouldn't be too excited even if EMEA doesn't win.

And on top of that Liquid has clear problems like they've always had like no proper IGL that end up costing them games. Fnatic's form has changed a lot from pretty weak performances against 100T and Furia to really good vs 100T 2nd time and Liquid. They feel inconsistent. And FPX form has been on and off this tournament. Like if you look their Breeze vs XSET their teamplay and individual decision making and aim was really off. And they also have gotten fucked by Breeze all the time.
