Thoughts on new reject roster?

They just removed zepher (who I thought was dreadful), and replaced with intro

intro is a player ive been greatly impressed by, but also greatly disappointed, hes consistent enough to play well 99% of the time, but sometimes is invisible for a whole series

I heard he had some work ethic issues, but hes still young and maturing

He looked way better on damwon than during his time on e.36, his form kind of regressed in the short term

I still think hes a CLEAR upgrade over zepher, and with kenny being the new reject coach

maybe reject are darkhorse to the tournaments? if they can beat maru I think they can beat EDG/ONS

as for anthem and norisen, didnt watch enough to form an opinion. but norisen stat wise was the worst player on the team

Reject have a strong squad on paper, 3 of the 5 have been to masters/champions and iNTRO is an upgrade for the reasons you stated, but they always struggled big time against the top 3 Japanese teams (they’re 0-4 against them this year), iNTRO has to bring something completely new to the team for them to have a chance, however I did predict they’d make it to the lower finals

on paper they seemed like a bottom 10 team but somehow they always managed to surpass my expectations and finish top 5

I think theyll fight hard vs maru and maybe even catch them off guard, I have confidence in Damwon and ONS to do decently against CN/JP teams but Maru is a question mark

If they have their synergy sorted out by the 8th I reckon they’ll beat Maru, unfortunately they’re probably the 2nd weakest behind KONE. I say they’re strong on paper purely because they’ve all been to international events, however, ironically, it looks like they were rejects from their previous teams, having been replaced for being the weaker links

takej needs to pick it up and regain his Zeta form or else the team is going no where. The only agent he can consistently play at a tier one level is Reyna, who isn’t a great pick in this meta. Anthem seems promising though, I’m excited to see him play

I just hope they can make a bond because some teams don't make a change at all in their roster. Even though we think it's an upgrade, at the end of the day, they need to work together to win.
Tbh, I'm surprised about Anthem because I only know it would be iNTRO when he tweeted in the past after Zepher stated he will be FA.

All Japanese except REJECT fans already knows REJECT is weirdest team in this region. REJECT is rich enough to have big facilities and buy best players in JP/KR then keeps making weird choice (Reject CEO is like JP Nadeshot but younger).
ZETA released takej and Reita basically because they were not flexible enough. Then Reject in this year kept playing different comps on almost every map. takej was known Reyna main and actually played 7 agents in last qualifier.

I somehow hope this post will become reverse curse but I still think they will have worse result than Nth/CR. I think Nth/CR both have really good chances to win this LCQ but I cant imagine REJECT does well.
If REJECT wins a game in this LCQ, intro/Anthem/KeNNy(new head coach) are REALLY good or KR/CN region should be worse than people thinks.

do you even watch your region "koreanoverlord" maru gaming has shown that they are a top 2-3 team in Korea and they beat ONS against their BETTER roster and you're telling me that you rate maru lower than edg and ons?
