HE'S BACK BABYYYYYY THE BRIMSTONE SPECIALIST
zeta clears optic in winners, xdll drops 70 in the series
^^^this, just knew how to aim better before everyone else caught up
tennn was the difference maker in multiple of zeta's rounds, really hoping xdll can step up
gimme a link im a sucker for wyatt related content
nt nth ^-^
roles are good but crow > reita in terms of igling, tennn also more consistent IMO the whole of zeta is already a superteam already much like M3C lmao
exactly what it sounds like, the japanese casters make it soo hype, literal chills
they got some of the jp voice actors (even the announcer and voice for protocol skins) to go to the playoff finals yesterday! pretty sick seeing them together
https://www.vlr.gg/pickem/7de03d84 classic ZETA CR grands, my heart is rooting for Sengoku but they look really shaky
if meiy doesnt pop off i dont see CR having a chance here
onic/boom hopium :prayge:
amazing creatures, really need to be kept preserved from extinction imo
nah hes betting they dont qual next week too 💀
truly living out their team name
yeah pretty much, ive got my money on sengoku going deep in main event
i thought envy just didnt pay him 💀
what a roster westception have (guin also half Brazilian)
my brain tells me PRX my heart tells me ZETA DIVISION BABY WOOOOOOOOOOOO CMON #ZETAWIN
very probable ! though in my head i would have zeta ban bind instead of breeze, prx then ban breeze into ascent remaining, bind as the decider heavily favors prx while ascent is more neutral imo
imo here the map pool is pretty favored towards PRX.
ZETA's perma bans are ascent and breeze, though in the DRX series they opted to ban haven because it has looked very lackluster in the group stages, they ended up doing pretty well on ascent, losing in part due to heroics by buzz. other than that they have 3 other very solid maps in icebox, fracture, and split. that leaves only bind, which they lost to G2 on, so im not very confident in their ability on it, especially against PRX's trained bind setups.
PRX seem to not like ascent, fracture, and breeze. they're comfortable on split, haven, and bind, only banning haven once against DRX. though we haven't seen their icebox in Reykjavik so far, they looked solid on it in the APAC playoffs, not losing once on it.
im predicting the map veto will go:
of course this is all assuming if ZETA and PRX's supporting staff make a read on each other's map pools and adjust to it. Icebox is gonna be a crucial map, deciding the series IMO. ZETA's chance of winning is if PRX leave split open and they pull a win on icebox, I really don't see them besting PRX on haven or bind. As I mentioned, historically PRX have looked good on Icebox, so ZETA basically have to pull a miracle show AGAIN to reach lower finals.
personally i will be rooting for both teams as I've supported them since the first Masters a whole year ago. if i could change my pickems i would have PRX winning, but my heart is still with ZETA even if i doubted them from the start. seeing them both find success getting it this far after last year, it feels like I'm the real winner here. no matter the outcome the match will be a 10000% certified banger. #ZETAWIN #PRXWIN
also i didnt really watch the optic fracture games closely so i cant really say lul
6 times fracture has been played so far in masters 1 - 3 won by zeta, 2 by optic, 1 by liquid against kru (who also lost to zeta on fracture) so outside of optic being a contender, we can't really say. they DO look really really solid on it though, if they meet in lower finals or even grands i'd love to see how they match up
im scared to believe
