What is up with these EMEA threads

It feels like people are crawling out of the woodwork on this site to be like EU is better at everything, Europe is the best, fuck the rest of the world. I’m sure there’s an interesting thesis in here about how imperialism and European conquest resulted in this. Maybe something like Europe creates modern version of game (say football) -> spreads it around the world along with other values -> other peoples start playing it -> some of those peoples are less interested than the area it originated in, so they are worse at it -> time to clown on them bc Eu best!

EU is very mindlessly nationalistic, you just gotta ignore it. They're always used to being the best region in any competitive game so they aren't used to getting a reality check.

mans acting as if americans don't beat the shit out of each other just because they are from the wrong state in the east coast area, especially when yankess and red sox play against each other.

it feels like ive actually seen like 1 thread like that today and 10 threads about NA moral police like you constantly crying about how horrible emea is out of nowhere acting like eu is constantly harassing everyone for no reason and saying eu is better, and these eu threads are from actual weirdos writing paragraphs trying gaslight and provoke emea and then cry why emea is toxic to them

yeah and those eu is the best threads were mostly just laughable baits trying to trigger NA or just talking about valorant ,not some 200 word paragraphs about how evil and horrible NA etc

theres just as many NA > EU threads, everyones just got internal bias so they think their region is being attacked

its called bait, its not that deep.

Plus some people are very patriotic for their countries and it can carry over into sports and it gets a lil toxic, both NA and EU fans are guilty of this (other regions too just not as much).

This always happens when we are close to an international lan. I remember tons of threads about sentinels and liquid when Reykjavik 1 was about to commence, it’s just part and parcel of major, Just ignore it, besides, they are all speculation and useless.
