i would switch VIT and FNC but thats it. the teams look like they are in the right position based on offseason and limited scrims that i have seen.

the action is very good but like others have said (albeit a bit more disrespectfully), it is quite basic and generic. if its a first anime or something, i would say go ahead and watch it. its quite fun to watch (i personally read the LN and the manwha a while back), but if you have watched a lot of other stuff, it can be quite boring. i love the idea and the pacing of the story, so i would recommend it.

DRX. i have never changed since 2021 except for a brief 2 week stint to VIT when trexx's visa got approved. i will not switch anymore.

its not about mechanics. its also about util usage. you are not measuring the player by the value they provide for the team, which is so important as an initiator player.

i can explain some of them... flashback should be self explanatory, outclassing even mako last year. invy has hard carried TS since he joined and he is insane with kayo. kr1stal is very good fade and sova as well. freeing over yoman i disagree with because he only started playing initiator recently, he used to play sentinel iirc before joining DRX. beyn used to be scan initiator but now freeing is taking that role because athan played flash ini for DRX. but beyn did play scan so maybe he counts for that. jitboys is so much better than sylvan, he is incredible. he frags more and is way more consistent in his performance.

thats what im saying. despite what others say, vyse does not seem to work as a solo sentinel without a double controller comp or something. only her wall is good against the counter utility of tejo imo. her other utility is not fitting for a site anchor.

player 1, but i normally go dry with just a classic and util. i can do insane things with just a classic, no shield and full util on omen.

does the release of tejo mean that the sentinel role is basically dead now? kj and cypher are completely countered by him, and the other sentinels were never any good. i dont see single sentinel or double sentinel deadlock or vyse being viable at all on any map... what are your thoughts?

I'm not trolling. All the similarities you think of are only associations. If sigma didn't exist, it's not unrealistic to think that magneto would have some of the same abilities he has now. If wrecking ball didn't exist, I'm certain that spider man and venom would still have a swinging ability. If D.va didn't exist, hulk would still have a bruce banner version or transformation. I'm not saying everything is perfectly unique. I appreciate that magneto abilities are like zarya and sigma from overwatch, but there are so many unique things about marvel rivals. Does overwatch have a character that can switch between two different characters? Does overwatch have a SHARK that shoots a stream of healing water??? Its not fair to compare the two, because it's not like ow was the first game of the genre, right? And even if it was, marvel rivals is still it's own game, and it's not the fault of the creators of marvel rivals that the creators of overwatch were not able to keep their game interesting enough to compete with them.

Honestly in ranked all the way till immortal, 5 duelists running it down would work just fine. Meta agents don't really matter. For example, I now main mostly breach, but he's absolutely not in meta on most maps. I make him work on any map. And any duelist in the game rn has some benefit, so it really doesn't matter. Just choose one you like and play. You will rank up either way the better you get with your chosen agent.
