it is literally unbeatable up till now. ACEND collapsed in 2022 and LOUD lost two of the players from the champions winning roster. but the biggest thing is probably EG players exploring options; i dont think many people expected EG to be such a stingy org, and now another champions winning team might disband again for the second time, and it will be the third champions winning team to have broken up and lost players.

Drx has had the core since early 2021(zest rb stax) but zest went on medical leave back then so if we are counting mako and buzz as part of the core, they joined in late 2021 and I think prx have also had f0rsaken davai and mindfreak since before masters 3 berlin.

I think the fpx team back then had shadow and dimasick, so the only og players from fpx are zyppan and Ange1, which is only two, whereas a core is normally considered to be made up of three players. It was in early 2022 when ardiis and shao and suygetsu joined.

When you say it like that, it's obvious why the c9 roster this year was so good at winning their eco rounds.

For omen, astra and brim you could move those three around in almost any combination of those players and I would still agree.

I get that it's a competitive game but there is a large percentage of people who actually only play the game for fun, and don't touch ranked. And bringing in features like community built things into the game doesn't only benefit the content creators, but also it attracts more people to the game. Despite valorant being more competitive as a game, you can't neglect every other aspect of it by saying its just a competitive shooter. Any game that remains like that will surely die out eventually.

I mean they didn't exactly have bots for teammates. Enzo was actually quite good and is now sought after by many orgs for franchising next year....
