Fair enough, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand when teams misplay basic situations, or when teams look completely lost on a map. It’s usually pretty obvious

It’s because outside of Sen and G2, the other teams just look so bad sometimes. Clueless maps, horrible misplays, lack of awareness, and overall questionable understanding of the game.
His teammates all went on to be at least moderately successful, with C0m getting 3rd at champs and Jawg getting 2nd in a Masters
100T just put down a feral animal, and everyone is relieved it’s over
He hasn't made it far enough since 2021 to own Sen or NA
Making a Masters is the lowest possible bar to clear lol
He very obviously is not in the goat debate. He hasn't come close to winning anything since 2021 and his stats are worse than people think they are
I think putting him top 5 is diabolical but I could see bottom of top 10
I think the depth of talent just isn't there for more than 4 seeds per region. Even with 16 teams going to Champs, realistically about half have a talented enough roster to have a chance at winning
I don’t think it’s fair to say C0m and Tex were the main reasons he didn’t win. Aspas had almost no impact the entire second half of Abyss against EDG, and he was just okay vs TH
G2: playoffs
SEN: depends so much on their group, could have PRX and TL or something like that. Probably playoffs
MIBR: get stuck in airport
C9 (if they make it): go to wrong arena and forfeit games
MiBR have their slot locked for champs
He doesn’t have nearly the same level as support compared to previous champs though
I just wanna see them be competitive, unlike Toronto
They earned their spot, as every other team had the same opportunity during the year. But also, they might be the worst team at champs
Damn now u got me rooting for them
Demon1 had a way better team around him
I’m curious how people expect MiBR to do at champs. Given that they looked bad this split and will be either the 3rd or 4th seed, I think they lose in groups. I don’t see a world in which they can beat other regions’ 1 and 2 seeds
He knows it’ll be a short trip so he needs to maximize his time
You forgot to include choke legend James Harden
My buddy got it, it’s an absolute pain in the ass to deal with
It is between Sen and G2, and I’d probably lean G2
It’s because the last time we saw him he was excellent, so we didn’t get any bad memory like a fall off or choke or something
Fake comeback?
It's easy to think of players who haven't won but really hard to think of anyone who has been playing 3+ years and not made an international. Idk if there even are any
Why do they look so bad today. Even if they win this series it’s still really concerning
Only EDG had even a tiny chance
Probably Jawgemo, then 4/5 EDG roster, then Aspas
Let me get a hit of whatever good stuff you’re on
HG/SS is pretty fun if you haven’t played in a while
Platinum, it holds a special place in my heart. Played it so many times as a kid
I watched Valorant a lot in 2023 and 2024 but I wasn’t active on websites like VLR, so I didn’t read the forums. I personally didn’t rate him THAT highly in 2023 and 2024, so maybe that’s why we disagree here. I always thought Demon1 was clearly better at Champs 23 and Something was decent in 2024 but not great.
Hear me out. APAC: Something. Bro was better than his stats indicated in Toronto and he’s been an absolute menace in stage 2. Fantastic stats and huge impact
Why hate BLG and DRG? Even as an EDG fan I want to see BLG and DRG do well so we have higher chance of cn winning champs
He kinda right though, every FNC attack round you could play a bullet game of chess and still be back in time to watch the plant
