there definitely will not be a stream for the 4pm game, since four upper bracket games are happening. there's only one game at 7 and one game at 10, so some lowers should be streamed then. hopefully.

this is more of an FYI to fans rather than a response.

i wasn't setting an age limit necessarily, but basically meaning players who started their esports career in valorant and didn't transfer from other FPS games. definitely no older than 20.

zander plays smokes and IGL's right? he could fit right in as a 4th if seven holds up. i didn't know how old zander was.

yeah teams like SEN, 100T, NV, C9 either already have a decent OP-er or don't run a playstyle that requires a full time OP-er. that's the tough part for wardell. he would have to go to a team that needs a full time sentinel and could make chamber work on every map.

i know chamber fits wardell's playstyle more, but i wonder if they would have won yesterday with wardell on jett. he's so used to it, and chamber is still relatively new. especially in matches for him. but he needs to make the switch eventually, so it would just be delaying the inevitable.

ok but seriously, at what point if ever does wardell request a new team? will he "stay loyal" to TSM and Subroza, or does he try to maximize his potential with a true top org in the few years he has left.

It's easy to list players like yay, ethan, sick, tenz, wardell, etc when assembling a hypothetical NA super team. Transfers from other games used to be the best in Valorant, but there's younger talent that, in my opinion, is taking over NA Valorant. That being said, my young NA super team would include these players.

I'm taking a risk with this list because I have no idea how the Open Qualifier will play out, and these players don't have LAN experience. If you give them a solid IGL and another young player, I think they would be successful. Thoughts?

which is a good trait for any teammate, but you're the IGL man. you gotta call shit and keep those boys in order, god knows they be throwing rounds left and right for kills/content.

i won't condemn our roster after 4 matches in a single event, but if we don't make a main event or a masters then we're rebuilding at the end of the year. again.

ok, i still want tsm to win, even with their current roster if possible. but i have a question for you.

how many years of missed LANs and Masters would it take to stop you from saying "don't give up hope on TSM." imagine they don't make impactful roster changes and just keep losing, like they have been. how many years would it take for you to eventually call for a roster change or signing another team.

if you are a TSM fan, you support the TSM org's success. i'm more of a wardell fan, so I support TSM because of him. sometimes, what's best for the team is a roster change or major shakeup.

is it possible to sign 4 players from a team and leave their "star player" unsigned? just to keep wardell. if tsm purchases rise, then i think their entire roster has to be dropped. wardell won't have a problem finding another team. maybe a genuine tier 2 team who isn't too proud to play tier 2 tournaments.

wardell is still the best OP NA, and i'll die on that opinion hill. corey was a great signing, considering he can play raze/skye/jett at a moderate-high level. i think he's our first true flex player. subroza tries to flex but struggles on agents other than skye.

but the valorant scene can't grow if good tier 2 players don't get chances on tier 1 teams. that's why i was happy with giving Rossy a chance, same with Levi. and subroza has me conflicted: i love the guy but he must have some mindset issues regarding official matches. which can be fixed, but idk.

i watched m0nesy and niko, and i don't even watch/play csgo much. im really looking forward to nitr0 as well, never had a chance to watch him play csgo. csgo is a fun esport to watch when i don't know teams, just because the quality of play seems higher. a lot of valorant tournaments are for tier2 teams, and i feel like all these csgo tournaments i find are tier1. maybe that's not a fair comparison idk.

realistically, last time we played, we were a Top 8 genuine Tier1 team who took maps off Envy and Rise. did we really get worse from there, or did we just lose to a surprisingly good team?
faze and gen.g are with us in the lower bracket, so it’s not completely for shitters. i guess i’m coping idk. will check the bracket periodically to see how tsm is faring. they should stream the lower bracket games at 7 and 10 on observer streams, since there’s only one upper bracket game at each time slot.

to be fair, they picked the most competitive matches to stream. a lot of high tier 2 teams competing against each other, rather than the t1 vs t2/3 matchups. hopefully we get a ro16.

well this is fucked, no luck to be had here. no stream in ro32, and likely no stream in ro16 since our future opponents are getting streamed in ro32. unlikely that one team gets two streams in one day. fuck.
