they refuse to use utility and instead just walk dry into sites. wardell/subroza either get an opener or TSM doesn't win the round. zero "set plays" as you mentioned, no coordinated site hits with perfect utility combos and nerd shit like that. they default and look for picks every. single. round. they rarely changed the pace. hopefully their coach can point that out (and whatever else my relatively dumb ass missed) so rossy realizes it.

assuming they review vods at all...

i wanted to cry watching them send five people through A halls every round on fracture. rossy should know better.

They can literally ball out and qualify next time if they just don't tilt force up, and they figure out how to use Wardell better. It felt like they had him holding angles that were much too passive. The only success we had last year was when Wardell had over 100 first bloods. Subroza had more first bloods than Wardell this qualifier.

also they have to take the games seriously, don't pick troll agents/maps, and not get stuck in one playstyle. which should be obvious, but apparently not with TSM recently.

i try my best to be realistic, glad we can have mature conversation on an internet forum lol. i know saving an op is a tsm stereotype, but it would have helped them so much to do it more this past qualifier. until corey gets fully comfortable with his aim and rossy develops some actual strats over time, we need wardell locking down one side of the map with levi there to set him up. those two work well together. that's our win condition.

There is no doubt that Steel was shitting on Wardell when it mattered. 4-4 against each other on Split, but Steel had 10 first bloods. Seven had more impact than Wardell on Icebox. It sucked to see as a TSM fan because I 100% expected the opposite. Sure, it's hard to op when you're tired, but no excuses.

TSM is not managing their economy well at all. Wardell saving for an op one round is so much better than him buying two bulldogs. Steel and Seven won the early fights and got their economy going, but Wardell couldn't recover because his team kept force buying. I could also count the number of times he saved the op in this qualifier on one hand. Hazed used to manage that shit well, but all these young guys just tilt buy. Need to see some improvement there.

T1 Rise Akrew TSM

posted about 3 years ago

i wish akrew would have won, that’s one less team that could easily beat us to worry about as we slosh our way through another open qualifier.

posted about 3 years ago

maybe they do better in open 2 with experience. they fucking threw by not managing economy and just being sloppy with teamwork/map control. hazed did his best to keep them in line, rossy hasn't yet.

posted about 3 years ago

no econ management no map control what a showing what else did you expect lol, wouldn't be surprised if we bomb out the next one too

posted about 3 years ago

rossy had an off day with aim yes. at least he performed his role. corey was rushing through viper smokes and getting sheriff'd on defense. and on the last round he got killed while running at the dude back first. total shitshow regardless of who you blame. but sure "rossy -13 im pro analyst mommy"

posted about 3 years ago

first map: wardell kept force buying bulldogs and never had an op, corey was lost and played like an absolute bot borderline throwing, subroza was genuinely good and didnt overextend (9 first bloods btw way more impact than wardell), levi and rossy did decent on support but just not enough. completely clowned on by sonic the hedgehog.

posted about 3 years ago

terrible fucking showing so far, thinking they're good enough to troll and pick akrew's best map. zero map control, same a main hit every round, nothing was working and yet they changed nothing. pitiful.

"we hate fracture" -all of tsm players
picks fracture for map 1

ima be honest, not the best feeling to see steel diffing wardell.
i know it’s borderline impossible to op when you’re tired bc reaction time matters so fucking much and you lose concentration. but also i don’t like making excuses for a clear diff. hopefully just an off game.

yeah the blur doesn’t make since. it’s like he’s incriminating himself on purpose. why even post it? pretty questionable decision either way. either don’t blur it so you look like a cheater or don’t post it.

hazed did tweet that this was a more widespread issue…

hey brother trust, let it be until the results are in

posted about 3 years ago

yeah it was fking hilarious same w subroza, turns out they 1000% did the right thing calling it out

posted about 3 years ago

one of the participants is a nerd street bot to record i think. and i think i’ve seen coaches muted but in the call before since the bot looks out for cheating. idk though.

posted about 3 years ago

Stats shouldn’t count for this game, 10-16 really fucks Wardell’s KD lol

cheating one on assignment in college can get you expelled. not just failing that assignment, not just failing that class, but expelled. life gets fking real when you leave your parents house and take responsibility for yourself, you’ll see one day!

posted about 3 years ago

players didn’t stand up to the coach and tell him to stop, they were all in this together. coordinated cheating, nobody is unlucky.

posted about 3 years ago

ok t1 fan 😂

posted about 3 years ago

every T1 player knew and accepted that the coach was typing to them. none of them stood up and said “stop doing this, stop cheating.” the coach isn’t the only one to blame, and the players aren’t “unlucky.” they coordinated this together and went down together.

hey guys any other team “getting away with it” isn’t an excuse. think about that for a second. they all should be punished.

posted about 3 years ago

2-0 TSM they find a way to win no hope for opponents ya know what i mean

posted about 3 years ago

i think it all started because a coach typed in chat. unlucky that he got caught cheating, sure!

lol don’t be mad it’s just a game!

ok so here’s the list of excuses:
3 BO3 in one day
T1 players under 10 ping
T1 coach illegally communicating with players
anything else to add lol?

icebox map 2, not loving our chances on that map after what i saw on it earlier. bring it home tho boys.

posted about 3 years ago

exactly. akrew/bait/abx and guard all seem easy compared to the grueling shitshows i just witnessed. hopefully the boys don't get ahead of themselves against t1 or overlook opponents like guard.

posted about 3 years ago

viper is sooooo crucial to walk up into lamps on attack. tsm did that time and time again and managed to win postplants based lamps control alone. i honestly think that bind itself is the issue. tsm has struggled with that matter with every single roster.

posted about 3 years ago

steel managed to shut down TSM especially well during his time on 100T, so it's completely possible that he calls a better game. thwifo was also a huge pain in the ass for TSM in their last matchup. WARDELL is still a better OP than seven (or steel when he plays chamber). could be really close.

posted about 3 years ago

this is TSM's biggest challenge to qualify. exhausted at 10pm after five grueling maps, against T1, the best team in the lower bracket. if we can just struggle through this, we can put in some solid work against Akrew/ABX and Guard.

posted about 3 years ago

i'd love to see corey on raze, but you still need a sova/astra/viper and wardell is on chamber. so no skye, which would suck.

i want to see wardell peaking out hookah on defense like the good old days. take ur shot and snap back. he only did that once that entire map and fell back the second he heard a skye dog.

posted about 3 years ago

let these fools play tomorrow morning or something

posted about 3 years ago

he is smart and finds good timings but he's prone to overpeaking and throwing. pros and cons to him as a pro player. aim is def a pro. selflessness as well.

posted about 3 years ago

bro no way tsm pulls a knights pt.2 and loses two maps straight again. right?
oh god it's bind again... same map 3 we lost to Knights

if he only dropped 30 maybe we would have won lmaooo /s
