The complaint is that the PCIFIC players would've all been together in tier 1 anyway. They just won Ascension and moved to a team that's already in tier 1, which means there's now a completely new org in tier 1 with 5 vacant roster slots, so they'll sign completely different players and not players who proved they deserve to be there through Ascension. If PCIFIC had lost, DNSTY would've been in tier 1 alongside them. Looking back at that BO5, the only purpose it served was gatekeeping DNSTY from tier 1 and it just sucks that a scenario like that can even be allowed to happen

Looking back on it now, all that BO5 really accomplished is deny DSY a place in tier 1. It's crazy that instead of them playing, we now either get PCIFIC making an entirely new roster or a bidding war for some random streamer org. DSY should ascend in their place imo

Reworking any of his abilities just destroys him

The entire way Harbor plays from map control (and just defaults in general) in team settings is with his Cascades. You remove that and he's just less of a team-based agent. Screw the ult... this change alone puts him in a spot where he's significantly worse in organized play and STILL bad in ranked. It's just an awful change all around
