Fair enough. The beauty about this digital age is that you can google unfamiliar words. I would recommend reading though, but mostly because I love literature.
You communicate perfectly fine (based on our limited interactions), its just that sometimes spoken language can be difficult. Full respect to you for learning and improving on your own volition! I know how bad I am with foreign sounds when language learning, but approximation tips like these are always helpful for me at least (still cannot roll my R's though). All the best!
Awesome! Also consider watching youtube videos of language/speech coaches to get actual advice, reviewing phonetic pronunciations, and even recording and listening to yourself
thats probably due to your tongue not being positioned flat and flush with your front teeth. also make sure that your lower lip is no longer touching your teeth as you transition from f to th (ultimately its just a matter of practice and experimentation to figure it out after this)
this is just a stop gap solution, they need to learn how to pronounce the th sound at the end of the day
pronounce f.
then as you pronounce f push your lower lip forward and replace it with your tongue against your top teeth (do not press it hard) while still blowing air.
Try incorporating it into birffffftthhhhday and slowly phase out the f after practice
