100t lol - didnt even need a stage to cut babyJ and ec1s
nobody is overhyping them. my personal hopes are them just making it out of groups. people acknowledge the potential but mostly acknowledge their repeated failure to live up to it. it's disappointment more than anything :/
It is a miracle they even made LCQ in the first place. It's the only achievement they've made so far in VCT 2022 and ironically it's the one thing they had no direct control over lol.
it's 100% the synergy. Fnatic are a super strat heavy team.
calm down the majority of your recent posts are trashtalking the kr scene and you're lowkey racist about it too lmao

Koreans are not smart like Japanese
they also didnt play a single fracture game after until GF vct stage 1 where they looked really good against ONS.
you could hear the player comms when it went to OT on split. everyone was mental boomed. especially buzz
its mental 100%, drx are good on a lot of maps, they also sandbag and save strats a lot which leads to them playing the same map a lot. this leads to teams figuring them out in the tourney (icebox at masters iceland)
not even a hot take tbh. a lot of kr fans did not expect much from drx last masters.
Yay, but Derke is the more flexible player. You can swap them with very little difference in impact. I would say that Derke enables a lot of different comps and playstyles though.
whats the challenge? is it literally just doing well on AimLabs?
yeah, i still participate in val activities (like helping with vod review/feedback, watching games, etc.) but i've only done my placements and stopped. cutting down on the excessive valorant games makes you a lot more refreshed, i legitimately felt terrible whenever i played valorant - winning felt meaningless and losses felt infuriating.
obviously i don't mean quit valorant forever, a better phrase would be taking a break, but my point stands.
unironically, quit valorant. I've stopped playing for a while now, and I've tried playing some singleplayer games/multiplayer co-op games.
Obviously these are all paid for, but it's the Steam Summer Sale and they're on discount. At least 50% off. There are some really fun free games too. If you've been a good boy and claiming the free Epic Store games there should be a big backlog of fun games on your account there, too.
would be sick af ngl. i wanna see a STATS poster held up during the tournament
I've never watched this guy but even I've heard of the name. Sucks to hear about another well-loved figure pass away, and after watching the video my heart aches for his father and family. I hope to never have to hear my own voice crack like his did, or tear up like he did, because the death of a child has got to be the worst thing a parent could ever go through. My condolences to his family and friends.

It seems like once again you've had to greet me with "goodbye"
i hate boaster because his ass is thiccer than mine will ever be :(
best players in their role does not necessarily mean best firepower aka aim. for example fns is not the best aiming igl itw, that would be benkai/ange1. however fns contributes more to the team through other means.
also cryo is good competition with yay
ZETA>FNC in terms of raw firepower. But they're 4th. M3C is 3rd.

TF2
disagree actually on that end. jp players have pretty good aim and it's better than SG - I used to think the opposite but the guys got pretty good. SG has a ton of shitters lately, it's fucked. Prob because everyone is selling their accounts.
agree. currently JP is the best server, but after Ascendant got added the place is a shitfest. I couldn't believe what I was seeing when my entire team gets mowed down by some dogshit imm1 Reyna whom only I could kill. At high Ascendant+ the game is fine and prob the best experience out of all APAC ranked servers
whoops, got hit with the vlr reply bug.
i made a post on it ages ago lemme link it:

I'm not gay but I don't care if anyone else is.
SG fuckin sucks - JP fuckin sucks too until you get in immortal lobbies. HK is in the middle.
Agree, LAN jitters only last during the first few tournament games. But I was using LAN moreso to speak to international competition, rather than nerves. Everyone I've talked about -Cryo have performed insanely well against international competition.
As for consistency, I think it's arguable that yay>Derke when we talk about it as Derke had a few rough games adjusting to Chamber whereas Yay has never had a rough transitioning period.
Leo is good, I agree. I think he'll show it during Masters. But I doubt that he's the best ITW when he hasn't even played a single LAN. And Jinggg, sScary, SugarZ3ro, MaKo have all proven themselves on LAN AND them + Cryo have been having insane tournaments. Cryo has been going toe-to-toe with Yay.
"Recency Bias" says the guy who put Leo as number 1 lol...
And is talking about "form"
Also ludicrous to think I've some sort of agenda because you didn't put in a "korean player" - bro me saying this has nothing to do with being Korean or supporting Korean teams lol
That's fr crazy. Where was he when G2 were at Iceland? My guy was not even the best player in his team for any of those stats at an international tourney. And it's a lot easier to have better stats when you miss out on playoffs because you went 1-4. Like I said, he could be top 10 EMEA, but not top 10 world. You'd have to be crazy delusional to think a guy who didn't make playoffs in his own region is top 10 in the world. And you can't even say it's because of his team because last stage they were 2nd seed and he was IGLing. Give me good arguments on how Nukkye is a better player than Zyppan, Shao, Alfajer, Chronicle, Ardiis, and Suygetsu.
Nukkye may be top 10 EMEA but he's not top 10 world. Where's Jinggg? Where's sScary? SugarZ3ro? MaKo? Where's Cryo? This list is like 5 EMEA players, 2 NA, 2 BR, and 1 APAC lol. EMEA didn't even get to play properly vs international teams yet you picked the majority of your top 10 players from that region. I can agree with Derke and ScreaM. Leo is unproven (although I think he'll do well) and Nukkye did not do well at Iceland.
the dedication is immaculate. i always have a higher respect for ppl who got to immortal starting from ranks like iron/bronze/silver
(insert IGL name) is a tactical genius. He is best known for his signature tactic "(insert top fragger name) go kill". He also has a second little known tactic of "(insert top fragger name) dead - friends go save". What an absolute legend. Top 3 IGL for sure...
