it's just an evolution of the shorty play. I know a lot of players who will buy the shorty for such rounds in KR and APAC and I actively encourage my teammates to do it during end-of-half rounds too.

I also know exactly one high radiant player in NA who believed in the viability of the shorty secondary. Just one.
