Should have known when I saw Ahmed_Fadel...fuck.
Shroud always L takes tho
jinggg military service - but yeah no reason. it would be crazy tho.
wait this isnt actually a bad format if true
its possible T1 has applied for APAC franchising, their roster has flexibility between NA/KR
this could be even better though. imagine a KR team+f0rsaken and Jinggg, or XERXIA/ZETA mix, the possibilities are endless
Personally hoping to see APAC superteams during franchising!
Teams with a mix of the top SEA/JP/KR players would be INSANE and the APAC league could potentially be the strongest in the world!
Bleed and TS aren't even in the same LCQ? and dont forget DK beat PRX after they added Jinggg.
honestly I wouldn't have a problem if DRX at least got results! But they always start strong then fall off because they save strats and have weak mental. The one time DRX didn't go, the team that did ended up 3rd.
I mean, you can't blame them for winning and acting like this as it's in their own best interest, but as a neutral....fuck man.
yeah. DRX are lowkey strangling KR talent. Hurts the region. They could at least try to help the scene like how Knights is in NA.
once the cracked kids in KR become of age these guys are gonna be insane on pro teams. OGS Ivy is one of them I reckon.
eh. DRX need to make it out of groups and this Masters groups are gonna be stacked.
KR has potential. We'll never know how they stack up internationally because DRX just dominates Korea. 2/3 KR teams finished top 4 APAC LCQ and Nuturn got 3rd at Iceland, plus TNL esports members are successful overseas (eKo, Meteor, bail) and C9K (Xeta, Munchkin).
In fact I would argue that if all Korean teams somehow got a spot at Masters teams like TNL and DK would probably go further than DRX, even if they had closer games.
the young guys seem to be pretty friendly! I've made some JP friends who are all young, and they're super chill and fun to play with.
agree. fucked up. I understand why DRX doesn't scrim KR teams but it would be so good for the region if they did. It hurts because they have this potential and are so confident in being the KR reps but always crumble because of their weak mental. Nuturn weren't as good as DRX domestically, but they achieved more than DRX ever has.
yeah, there was like one or two comments referencing the history between KR and JP ("One shouldn't even lose rock, paper, scissors vs JP") but actually the replies were other Koreans saying "JP always respects DRX and supports our teams why can't you?".
This was when DRX lost to ZETA iirc. I think Korean community is mostly friendly to JP and hates CN instead.
KR had so much potential...TNL, C9K, T1K, NU....if only KR didn't have a shit format last year....
personally haven't encountered racism from JP servers except this one time someone called me a gaijin because I had 40 ping instead of 20, and my JP duo had to cover for me lmao, most JP players actually know some Korean too and would say like "saranghaeyo" and stuff lol
They wouldn't beat DRX but it's the same story as PRX. Doesn't mean they couldn't destroy other teams ;D
oh wow, i always thought the rivalry changed into friendliness in esports because a lot of KR players are imported to JP but I guess not...
I AM IN SHAMBLES THINKING OF HIS OLD TEAM TNL ESPORTS
gotta be the best Jett/Chamber in JP rn
KR Cryo
Super Idol的笑容
都没你的甜
八月正午的阳光
都没你耀眼
热爱105°C的你
滴滴清纯的蒸馏水
f4q went 12-12 vs acend in scrims too. tnl couldve made a run
tnl deserved berlin. they couldve beaten sen and g2 for sure
both of them are fucked up
nah its prob cuz most of the fps players in KR play overwatch (and pubg) instead of val
iKyoto is a huge W user and deserves to be on that list instead of me
agree
He used to be on TNL the 2nd best KR team. notable TNL players are Hate, Exy, TS, and eKo
guys literally 1B to MaKo's 1A
TS, Xerxia, even BLEED could definitely do well against EMEA competition.
its debatable. apac top teams can go toe to toe w emea top teams imo
