I assume a veteran that’s been 2nd caller, and done well enough as a player to be one of the best in his region in two different games is, will be AT LEAST an average IGL.

If it’s based on last years stats… it could mean teams that didn’t do great, like Lev, and Sen could be rated low.
Americas had a pretty big shake up so the seeding could look pretty crazy. It could end up with something like Sen, EG, MIBR/ G2 as the “EZ win for champs winner” group and it’s sort of a free win for Sen.
