Riot doesn't care about what value they can give to teams trust me if they did they will never create franchising in first place . This system has failed and holding onto 8 is again holding onto a system that clearly doesnt work for anyone except those 8 teams which are selected.

The rationale behind my 6 split is to integrate all the teams back into one system and ending the Tier 1 and 2 separation of teams which Riot is definitely doing bcz Faria has talked about looking into this and just having 4 teams join and 8 always qualify to the qualification tournament of Masters/Champions would get even more awkward than current one. Your system will work if we stay in franchising model as it is now where we promote 4 at end while I am looking at creating a sustainable base for 6 orgs/30 players and giving 6 others a shot every masters to earn what they deserve basically creating a fusion of franchising and pre-franchising.

I mean let's be fair 6+6 is the only fair model with only the very best 6 teams on brand value regardless of country are selected for franchising nd everyone else battles it out like before to meet them for VCT Pacific etc .
So at Tier 2 we have country wise qualifiers, Tier 1 6 teams from franchise plus 6 qualified play a double elim with top 2/3 to masters simple.
When qualifiers are happening for 6 spots these big brand franchised teams can play 3rd party events for money nd stage practice .
Bigger calendar more matches everyone has something to gain here nd obviously the money that riot will save in stipend goes back to make huge prizepools at Pacific/Americas/EMEA qualifiers so qualifying itself gets you a sustainable money to keep running nd obviously masters or champions win will make a small time org a giant in scene like before.
We get to see fresh faces , new rivalries instead of Sen beating 100T for nth time we will see a team like bbg defeat them in NA quals nd people will be invested in stories again

exactly bro some people here are comparing us to EMEA which is stupid the teams their are selected for their brand values mostly with 1 or 2 to represent major countries whereas in Pacific every team has been selected to represent a particular country in mind. If what you guys mentioned was true Riot will never select the 10 orgs that they have ,trust me the composition of teams would be lot different. GE is here not bcz they are top 10 org in Asia Pacific but because they are top org of India same goes for lot many other teams. Everybody knows Talon is supposed to represent Thailand, RRQ indonesia, DFM and Zeta Japan, T1 DRX and Geng Korea , Secret PH. The only team you can argue which is here on their brand value like EMEA or Americas is PRX but even they are supposedly representing SG/Malaysia.

I mean yess this has been issue in every iteration of team players from 3-4 different countries then add coaches from 2 more countries and on top of that most have never played with each other at all.
I mean you should always select the best players and not make teams with power of friendship but there should be some chemistry and vibes atleast . So many pros and coaches I have heard who have said the same that team environment makes all the difference.
As regards to Udotan from what I have seen in content from GE he may be able to understand english but he can't really speak anything more than very basic callouts which definitely affect how comfortable he feels and his bonding with teammates outside the server
edit- just saw the press conference they had to translate in Korean for Udotan wow that was pretty basic english idk how they are managing everything this way and how he talks to rest of the team

I have never advocated for 5 Indians we have zero igls or duelists capable of going toe to toe against top players but yess you can give chance to 2-3 indians in team the guys who consistently hit radiant are actually pretty good especially the ones who are very experienced by now and have stopped choking in big moments
