He is an official rep from riot. Either he is just making a PR mistake or he just leaked the info early.

He is Riot's head of South Asia and India operation. And sadge APAC will still have 2 slots only after showing so much potential at Iceland.
yeah but it was a 15 team tourney, they confirmed 2022 will only have 12 teams in masters 1 and 2. only champions will have 16 teams.
I know but there were speculation about that , next VCT will have more slots so I thought they would increase the slots of Major region such as NA,EMEA,APAC.
To be fair APAC in iceland comprised of only SEA, so technically it's kind to say two slots is enough

I hope they don’t just use these two locations the entirety of Valorants time in competitive, but if it means there’s in person viewings and crowds soon I’m hype! Hoping for a NA international LAN soon !!
