It's doable, but not smart on traditional duelist agents like Jett/Raze/waylay
Agents like Yoru, neon, and phoenix act like initiators with better utility and lack of cooldowns. Working similarly to Kayo/breach. Being able to clear space with utility, flash for the team, and play for themselves Better than traditional 2nd inits can. So when you see Ethan neon, it's basically like putting him on breach. He's not playing her to frag, he's on it to let mada trade him after he slides and dies. If he does frag, great, if not, then he's still doing his other job well.
If you have an IGL who also wants to play duelist you usually pmake them play anything else on most maps then when they want to play duelist you put someone else (usually the main midrounder) on primary caller duty to let your duelist do duelist things.

KC played 0 duelists, that was their whole thing
? during EMEA league when Scream has 42% games on Jett and 42% games on Raze
or during EMEA lcq when Scream has 75% games on Raze, 25% games on Phoenix?
Towards the end of that roster he played duelist again.
But in the beginning he was playing mostly Kay/o since sh1n wasn't comfortable on duelist and Nivera was a lurker.
He started playing duelist again when IGL duty went to Ze1sh. He was never primarily duelist IGL.

I think nukkye used to IGL too as a duelist player and Kinggg also used to play duel for a while
diff game but these igl duelist conversations always make me think about karrigan hard entrying as igl
