not in valorant, in cs he did. and a lot of val br specs come from cs so we kinda don't like him. he is a good player tho
how would it make sense for him to cheat in one game but not in another and be insane in both... some really fucked up logic here

he is good on val, but in cs he cheated
he wasn't insane in cs, he was okay. most of the dislike for him began after an especially suspicious game where they upset a big brazilian team. iirc
