Tbh tho there may be points against the rookie theory. Don't most valorant teams at any given event have rookies, or at least recent roster changes? Had G2 won bangkok they also would've been an exception
I'd be interested if there's data to prove that keeping a core, such as 3+ players/coach who have been together for two or more seasons, is statistically relevant for winning trophies
