M8 is the only serious option there, and perhaps they don’t even want Riens. Maybe they will persist with Starxo, we don’t know that.
Plus the M8 management is arguably even less serious than Heretics, for all the flak Heretics catch M8 have had the regions best player and a top ~4 senti and done basically nothing with it all year
that is unfair. Due to being a bottom feeder org they completely lacked the pull to sign top level talent. Despite offering big money. The players they signed were all good talents. The 25 roster was very talented and only lacked some experience to do something big. 2026 They had a good year overall with Santiago and EWC with only one superstar who also only really reached that status this year really. There is a reason Marteen was on M8 and not FNC, VIT, Heretics. People didnt see him as an S tier player before this season. Compared to FNC or Heretics they had a much better season. Even with less star players and experience.
Management in fact did a lot of good from a difficult position. The one big blunder was the hiber move. Should have got a duelist instead.

If he's getting paid and treated well, I think he can justifiably put his faith and loyalty in the org. I assume he's got a great relationship with Benjy and Woot, in and out of the server. Feels like a comfy no brainer.
