Does the developer API have extra endpoints that the temporary key doesn't, coz when I try to apply for the developer API, it is asking for the public link of the project.

Edit: How is the manual data upload possible with all the matches? Someone has to watch every match.

How does BLR and VLR GG get data from, I have seen Riot only gives Developer API, does it contain that the live match data? Or how did rib.gg create 2D replay and heatmaps of the matches?
