one of the reasons people hate on him rn is because his covid post came like maybe a week later after that ardiis stream. yeah so when you add all the things together it just seems like Leo's forced hiatus took a massive toll on him. Still, not gonna lie, people were wrong for assuming esport players are the smartest bunch. People shit on footballers or f1 drivers for going into politics, meanwhile we get 18-20 year olds who spent their entire adolescene grinding the game and their social interaction was discord. Like, are we actually surprised some of them do shit like this?

i'm not surprised, but i am saddened. It's obvious that he's bitter about his elongated COVID affliction, but I think there should be some sort of better way to cope with this. It's part of what makes me happy to see miniboo take a break for his own mental health (come back better twin 💖)

i think mental health is super ignored in esports and sports in general, it really is seirous and the fans ignore the immense pressure that is put on the players to perform on the highest level and it's just never helpful, which is why i always like to root for both teams (unless i think someone's a bad person, e.g. leo or florescent)

I was actually really concerned about kyosuke in cs for this exact reason. guy came in july 2025 to falcons for like 2 million dollars, 17 years old, spirit hyped him up as the next donk, and then the hate started. first it was just hate towards him for underperforming in big games, then it was him making tiktoks with some girls from his hometown, then a pic of him at a concert, some dumb CIS streamer saying she saw him shitfaced at a party, then some started accusing him of being a drug addict. I am so happy to see him actually full of joy since karrigan came in april this year, he plays way better and he seems way hapier.

on a more serious note, I think bellingham's a great player, but I think sometimes he lacks proper field vision when playing for madrid; he looks great for england, but I just don't think the TEAM is there in real madrid, often I think he goes for opportunities because he believes in his own skill rather than in his teammates, he fails to see his open teammates. I think haaland is pretty dependent on a team to set him up in kind of the opposite of Jude on RM; he inherently trusts his team to pass to him, and he has absolutely subliminal finishing, simply beautiful.

They'll pass you on to a specialist. Not every doctor can provide the same solutions. A GP can't do what an ophthalmologist or a physician do since the latter two have specialism and a GP just covers the ground level checks. A doctor rarely will say there's nothing that can be done for you unless your body is basically dead.

No but if am feeling my doctor is not helping me am going to a person that had the same issue and recovered and would ask him what did his doctor do with his treatment to see how I can also get better. Leo is not saying all doctors are wrong. He said if there is people still suffering from symptoms then mostly the doctors don’t know what they’re doing so they can reach out for help

you didn't adress his other point. I agree though the doctors definitely knows what they are doing, doesn't mean they know EVERYTHING though. If i got treatment for 3 years but the medical institution still can't relief the symptom and no certainty in sight to be cured then i would do my own research and try to find a community that also bears the same pain as i am. Better yet a person who has recovered from the illness.

Regardless of his intention, he will negatively impact people. It's just bad full stop.
Sample size is amongst the most important concepts in every scientific study and especially in medicine. His attempt to help people because of his bad experience (impacting a total of 1 persons (1 famously being a brilliant sample size)) will mathematically hurt more people than it will help. He is an anomaly and it's incredibly unlikely that his experience with long Covid is remotely relevant to other people. So telling other people who are struggling that "chances are your doctor will not be able to offer you the right help" is incredibly ignorant, especially since he plays video games for a living. Telling people to ignore their doctor is bad. It's not going to "help others" as you put it. In some cases, it might well get people seriously injured or killed.
So yes, I am going to demonize leo. Because his ignorance will put the lives of people who will trust his guidance at risk.
