I'm begging you to at least read all the way through this. Look, here's what you need to understand: First, Florescent is an anomaly; immediately after leaving the GC tour and joining the partnership league Florescent was statistically one of the best players across all regions, while being on---what was considered at the time---the worst team in EMEA. This easily shows that Florescent isn't merely one of the best players in the GC tour, but rather one of the best players in the world. Second, the reason GC tour needs to be for marginalized peoples, is that these people are---as I just stated---marginalized. For example, despite very apparently being one of the best players in the world, Florescent played in the GC tour for two and a half years, and we can deduct that even when winning the GC tour players will probably still make less money than tier two pros. The reason we can come to this conclusion is because of Florescent's current status as a tier two pro---rather than a GC tour player. These are very clear indicators that these marginalized peoples are at a disadvantage when searching for tier two, and tier one opportunities, as a result of both misogyny and transphobia---which is why we need a tour for all marginalized groups. Mind you, these are all incredibly reasonable deductions. Third, similar to what the Chinese region went through---or is going through if that is your opinion---the GC tour organizations do not have a sufficient amount of quality scrim opponents which reduces the rate at which these players and teams improve, not to mention the GC tour does not have the advantage of a populous as large as that of the Chinese region, meaning a lower amount of new talent. Fourth, have you taken into consideration that realistically---based on there being no scientific evidence pointing towards a sex based advantage---the reason specific, with an emphasis on specific, players dominate other GC tour players, is because frequent transphobic discrimination has led to transgender people being more socially inactive, and/or introverted---which in specifically an eSports setting---can lead to certain players spending much more time on their computer and on Valorant---which is why Florescent is a world-class player. Fifth, there are currently no transgender males participating in the GC tour, the challengers tour, and the champions tour. Sixth, when it comes to the human biology and sex, it is a lot more complicated than simply male/male reproductive organs, and female/female reproductive organs. There are many different things about the human body that defines someones sex and many of these can be abnormal and/or changeable, such as intersex variations. This is why branches of health involving gender affirming care involve much more than someone just displaying feminine attributes, and calling themselves a female. It is these highly complex biological variables that lead to something like gender dysphoria, and because these variables are so complicated, it's very difficult to do something like change them in way that simply gets rid of someones desire for a sexual transition---with this desire usually being out of the persons control. This is why gender affirming care is so highly recommended, as it is the most realistic way for someone to fix their biological abnormalities, and that is why we have things such as genitourinary reconstruction surgery---so that we can ensure someones gender can be female in every possible way, in order to help this person live their life as fulfilling and happy as possible. Realistically, right now in our day and age, in a country with the ability to do so, someone can transition to a female, with the only real differences being their experience and upbringing during their time pre-transition---which would include factors such as misogyny or misandry.
