because it's a role where you need great map awareness and a little bit of game brain, i have none of these and i also can't aim
at least when i play sova i can throw my darts wherever and then start shooting when i emptied my util and don't think about it anymore

You need to consistently frag against the best players it’s hard af even if everything is being set up for you but this is from a VCT perspective not ranked
assuming you're not talking about vct, no you don't need to consistently frag on duelist your job is to make space for your team and take first engagement even if you lose them you can be traded
Arguably, initiator. Nobody really wants to play this role and if they do, they usually aren't playing it very well. Especially for flash initiators, coordination makes this agent more difficult.
Smokes, you can learn timings and give yourself some leeway.
Duelists, I think people overcomplicate. I know people disagree with it being "braindead", but the less you try to overthink it the better.
Sentinels, you can learn some set-ups or fine tune things to work it out for yourself quite easily.
Not to mention, line ups, timings and flash directions to benefit ur team and stuff. Also, in the case of droners, efficiently controlling ur drone at the same time u comm what u see.
Main duelists for sure
everyone else including myself just provides info + baits. controllers need to spend some time understanding how to smoke properly, but other than that, they dont got as much importance as the primary entry duelist. I might be a bit biased because I have decent game sense (so controller init and sentinel seem way easier to me than having to shoot ppl with duelist) but ye.
