I wasn't gonna mention the refs at all but
- The refs in France vs. Morocco are all Argentinian, they're not gonna want France advancing are they
- The first referee in Spain vs. Belgium is Michael Oliver, he'd obviously rather Spain go out because England lost the Euro final to them
- Norway-England referees and Argentina-Switzerland referees aren't confirmed yet
Aren't all Refs paid by FIFA? FIFA would pay them all well to push for France vs Argentina finals. We all know how corrupt FIFA is.
But yeah I'm really curious to see how the Argentinian Refs will play out for Morocco vs France.
Actually if I think about it, Messi plays in the MLS(USA) now so:
USA + FIFA would want Messi in the World Cup Finals and to probably win it again. Argentina vs Morocco/Spain finals, calling it now.

Nah referee fucked up, he should've called it a foul a lot sooner. Or don't VAR it at all. But don't be deceived by VAR, judge by the foul when it happens at the moment. Some would say it wasn't a foul but I disagree (just my opinion).
Even if the refs miss some potential foul, it is reminded them to check VAR. you know that right?
According to the rulebooks, it is a foul, it is clearly mentioned there if there is any foul during the buildup then goal wont be allowed
