How To Rank Up

If you focus too much on aiming, you will literally go nowhere. Once you tunnel vision into honing nothing but your mechanics, you will disregard everything else important and still end up at ballsack rank like Ascendant.

Unless you have Tier 3< pro level mechanics (GC, VCL, VCT) where the sheer prowess of your mechanics is able to 1v9 Immortal 1 and under lobbies, you have to learn macros.

I have seen a select few that says something along the lines of "you need an equal amount macro and micro skill in order to rank up", and while it sounds correct and logical on paper, all you need is a solid level of micros.

I have been vague about what defines macros and micros and how you can improve them because that isn't my goal. I have seen so many complaints that people can't rank up no matter how much they aim train and they end up like Bronze 3 at level 100.

probably worth clarifying that u are talking only to asc+ or smth since i would argue the exact opposite for anything below diamond, especially bronze/silver. they have terrible shooting technique not even trying to aim for headshots but when those people train good technique in some DMs + range they rank up easily to ~plat

which isnt aim training like aimlabs bcs raw aim isnt the issue it's technique

but yea if ur talking about coaching ppl from asc/immo into radiant then idk ive never hit radiant or tried to coach anyone to it so by all means explain more
