Unfortunately gc is getting it's shit rocked. Coming from a gc player myself, gc versus team secret is the only game I think would be enjoyable to watch. Or like GC vs. Nova. We are buns. Just ain't a lot of us with drive or skill to go tier one since it's a very small amount of us, all things considered.
meh, probably? but team secret is so not ready for the most obvious plays and GC is very simple, so I think if you take the top of GC and team secret in a match, it would be enjoyable, though secret likely wins.
they can barely play against t2 teams and I'm talking about GC champions forget about them every reaching T1
There's highkey no point in these showmatches because they don't result in anything worth mentioning, if anything people will clown on GC even more.
G2G in its weakest iteration lost to TH 13-0 and even after both teams changed rosters 2.5 years later people keep on bringing it up as definitive proof they're "bad".
the definitive proof is that they can't even keep a spot on VCL, riot should make spots for GC on T2 so teams actually get good, the GC league is not helping rn imo
I 100% agree. I think this is the way to go, by doing systematic integration into T2 -> they get reps -> they learn from actual competition -> they get better. Even if they lose, they gain experience.
win GCC -> get spot for stage 1 and 2 in t2 (in this case the cup ro64)
