been playing with my friend who just started playing val. How is it so difficult to unlock new agents? Apart from the 2 free ones you get fairly fast, it takes AGES to unlock a new agent. Also the ones unlocked from the start are brim and sage, that's literally so miserable. u should at least get 2 agents from each class to start with. Also u get to unlock the 2 free ones fairly fast, but how do you determine which one you wanna pick. you don't even get to try them and see if you like them. Imagine you're indian and you pick harbor cause it represents your culture and then you realzie the character is fucking miserable to play and you wasted your one free agent.

Another thing added to the list of what the fuck is wrong with this game.

They keep also switching the location of the fucking menu if i was a new player I'd be so lost

Ong like make up Ur mind legit no one complains about the layout of the menu but they've changed like 5 times since Valorant's inception, they're probably gonna change again ngl

nah the old system was so u could earn xp for the agent and you would unlock the rewards on top of that as well. now you have to buy the agent for 8k and then u have 0 credits left to buy gun buddies or player cards in the shop.

wait you only start with brim and sage? I thought you started with all base agents unlocked, the ones that were there when the game released

brim, omen, sage, cypher, jett, raze, sova, breach

I never created another account since the beta I think

it's brim, sage, sova, phoenix and jett. but brim and sage are the only agent in their class and that makes no sense since they're so niche and kinda terrible agents

clove and miks are 100% easier than brim.

Not really. Brim stim is one button and its used, his molly is intuitive, and his smokes are the same as clove and miks. Clove and miks aren't hard but I wouldn't say they're easire

You don't learn anything by playing either of them though brim actually teaches you the game

Sage has the highest winrate after clove or even better in some ranks. Dont undermine the pocket

im not sure why they dont just make them all available like the change overwatch made, it's really dumb especially since there's the option to pay real money for them

there is a bigger issue of new agents adding zero hype to the game i haven't cared about a agent release except for there effect for pro play since kayo

it would still be bad if you could just grind for them, but the fact theyre basically locked behind weekly objectives is so unfathomably dumb lol you have to wait months to have the full roster

You do get to try every agent in the range though and tbh the ones you unlock are good

Apex is actually so dogshit of it wasn't for free legend events I would never bother engaging in the game
