i mean the thing about ethan is that he has consistently been average/bad apart from two tournaments. when we speak about the goat we mean people who consistently have been great. aspas, chronicle, boaster/alfa

As much as I glaze Ethan (deservedly so, i think he is one of the greatest support players to touch the game) it does take more than trophies to be the greatest
Legit, obviously i think to be in goat conversations you should atleast have ONE but after that it just gets a bit sticky.

Under this ideology, G2 players will be higher than people who have won a singular event. Incredibly consistent with normally high placing. I just don’t see that as the case, winning the biggest events is of utmost importance.
Who is the goat and why then?
I personally prioritize achievements then individual performance.
On that metric it is

Aspas
None of my G2 boys will be able too be on any list because of achievements internationally. In americas however, they could be considered such.
So if I was in a team and I got carried to like 5 wins would I be entering goat category?
Like maybe I’m average 0.7 rating or smth
The real special place should go to Frost, saying APAC top 3 could be #1 in Americas
