Double initiator, part 3

Plz Riot, make the double initiator meta great again. I really want to see how teams abusing double duelists meta like FUT, LEV, etc. adapt to this kind of meta.

Thus, with all the rumoured initiator buffs, I really want Phoenix & Waylay to be nerfed so that the diverse of the meta is higher than teams whacking double duelists comp.

Lev would survive it pretty easily tho, Spikezin has an Amazing Kayo/Gekko

Lev would do just as well in double init

WE do not want to see br00ch pick rate increase

Pheonix waylay nerf is wild they ain't even that good
