These are based on their performances in the NA qualifiers this year so far. Sentinels can easily be top 5 but they badly need to step-up their game and work on their mistakes to work their way back to the top.

C9 - Lost a few maps they shouldn't have but the raw skill and the players have along with great game sense, no major flaws are visible in this squad rn
V1 - Seemingly out of nowhere they came back to being really good, Penny is a star right now and v1 can potentially take #1
Optic - Shown a lot of strengths as well as weaknesses during the group stage, if they iron out issues while accentuating their strengths, they can take #1 back
Sentinels - Still amazing but are shaky in new meta and need to fix flaws seen losing to optic and dropping maps to NRG and PKS
The Guard - Still have yet to prove themselves against top NA teams (C9, Sen etc)
