i got tonnes, i would start out with the popular ones:

gta series (iv and san andreas are my favorite)
cyberpunk 2077 (one of the most immersive games i've played)
subnautica (banger)
witcher 3 (amazing game with lots of side quests)
batman arkham series (every single game is a masterpiece)
half life 2, portal (amazing genre defining games)
assasin's creed - ezio's trilogy (ac 2, brotherhood, revelations, great music, missions and story)

some lesser known ones:

factorio (one of the most addicting games, involves simuation and a lot of planning and obsession with efficiency)
mini motorways (super relaxing game)
firewatch (cozy game)
manifold garden (great puzzle game)

while i didn't enjoy the open world rpg type elements in far cry 3, fallout: new vegas you could give them a shot

If not, these games are lesser known and really good:
