No they eat foods which are more filling. Basically you eat less food than you normally do but it still fills you up. And exercise a lot. Runs are underrated in losing weight.

These drugs are just used for appetite suppression/regulation (+blood sugar control). They effectively facilitate the same calorific deficit process everyone's saying u should do naturally. You qualify as overweight so u are the target demographic, edge case adverse effects are of little concern
