I was watching Elevated and he said that he think EMEA will be better than all the Americas teams and that EDG is top 3. His reasoning is that Americas has little time with EWC quals and us being so late and China having so much time along with emea. Im pretty sure hes wrong though and americas will win the whole thing NRG vs G2 GF you decide who wins

Americas have the most teams that can make an impact (only region to send three good teams) but I think EMEA is sending two strong teams with one filler (FUT). It's not unlikely for EMEA to outperform AMER but I also wouldn't be surprised if Americas won the whole thing
I feel like FUT could beat G2, cause their like LEV and with no practice against a team like that you can lose, like G2 did in upper final
player for player LEV are a lot stronger than FUT ngl, FUT are only where they are because they had a very weak group in swiss and then scraped it over the line against EF
china also had between one and two extra weeks on santiago, champs 25, toronto (in comparison to EMEA and APAC), and bangkok. also im pretty sure masters teams will 100% prioritize preparing for masters and G2 isnt even playing the quals. dont think i need to be worried
teams that aren't qualified are and org pressure will make the teams the qualified for London try hard for EWC since it means more money
now that i think about it why is americas always late, as in they start late
cn finished stage 1 and had time for seeding games all while the americas teams have played 2 games
china is first cause they have other events they want to squeeze in between stages like evolution series. americas is last cause it is the most clouted region so the draws have more people watching it

probably but these things are scheduled way ahead so likely americas was still on top when it was planned
More time doesn’t necessarily mean that you will perform better, especially when the patch will be different and no one is battle tested there no matter how much scrims you do.
They could be focusing on the wrong things in scrims that get completely derailed on day 1 of Masters London.
