I feel like at this point he has enough synergy with the team to where any replacement would be a sidegrade at best in the short term
That being said, why even replace him?
Because people think the duelists are meant to mvp every game in the g2 system
Really good ones could, really bad ones won’t. Unfortunately g2 has only ever had bad duelists in franchising besides leaf (highest rated player on the team) so you wouldn’t believe it.
Well he played like dogshit for EG so idk what to tell you. Two different systems, he looked better on G2 bc G2’s system actually helps duelists more than the community is willing to admit, but still dogshit regardless.
they were more successful with icy/jawgemo on duelist compared to leaf on duelist wym he was a good duelist for them

everyone else on this list is mechanically great but the only person i see being abale to hard entry like jaw is zekken maybe timo MAYBE oxy
If aspas doesn’t want to hard entry, they’ll play around him like they do for all their duelists. There simply isn’t a world where aspas isn’t an upgrade to jawgemo. If need be, they’ll make aspas second entry and leaf first entry.
unrelated but i think aspas on sentinel would be the best move possible he can full focus on mechs and timings, his team can enter site without him and he can join if he wants

Hell no, aspas should just stay on duelist. Just cuz this meta is bad for him doesn’t mean he needs to change roles. Every great player has slumped in an unfavorable meta
he is hard capping his team by either shitting the bed following up zekken or not entering to begin with

No one. There is no one in Americas that does his role better than him and also speaks english. You could maybe argue for mada but imo that's a sidegrade.
why its always have to be someone from tier1? Pick up someone from tier 2, like nrg did with mada or FNC kajaak scouting diff, i dont follow tier2 but there has to be someone good and hungry to win
