He does bait. Hes still an insanely good player, but he still baits.
He rarely entries, and gets most of his first bloods on defense when he is awping.
I dont like him because hes overglazed when in reality he is just a very good awper that cant adapt to metas like chamber or yoru and instead permanently clogs up the entry duelist role
did you? yoru was the meta for around an year, and aspas wasn't good at it
the champs performance was his pure skill and carryjob not playing according to meta

Champs 2025 was a very open meta event so aspas could just play what he always did (jett raze)
His waylay was an anomaly since with the agent, he could bait artzin and mazino easily
DRX were the first ones to play the new meta and it was their mosquito comp with yoru.
And also immediately after champs, aspas could have learned chamber or yoru and made Santiago easily, but he insisted on baiting zekken while on neon

aspas dashes site while blind so enemy focus on him for artzin to get the FK. thats the definition of baiting
artzin FK numbers are inflated because of that, while aspas are deflated. he always took first contact
hes not taking it now because of neon-entry meta and Zekken is a better Neon than him, but the logic above applies to Zekken yoru too. A lot of times Zekken TR FK were on Aspas flying as a Raze and taking out the enemies aim because thats the old-school entry style
you forgot that people on VLR have Goldfish memory buddy they see Aspas being bad on neon at kickoff and instantly act as if he didn't shit on NRG while playing neon
