I was watching the final for stage 1 cn and in the interview at the end of the match neither autumn or the assisting coach (dk the name) spoke chinese, so how do they comm with the team during timeouts, i know that chichoo apprently is known for speaking somewhat broken english so i dont think autumn would just speak in english

only a little i think, but hes not fluent, but he can manage, idk if the others know some english too
honestly i got no idea how theyre doing it but teams figure it out. you got players who speak broken english, coaches who translate, hand signals, all that. not every team needs perfect english comms to win. if they won stage 1 then whatever theyre doing is working lmao. might be awkward in timeouts but once the round starts its different anyway.
Tbh someone in the team probably speaks korean or speaks english or there just using google translate

Off the server, EDG's manager is ethnically Korean. He has been in frequent contact with South Koreans ever since the League of Legends era. As for in-game communication during matches, I think there someone on the team who can understand what Autumn is trying to convey.
