If they won for 10-4 that could’ve been map

In reality the reason they lost the anti eco is the very same reason they lost every other round. They were destined to lose the round and the fact that it was an anti eco couldn't have changed anything to it

No they lost the anti-eco for the exact opposite reason they lost the other rounds, like they should be pushing out on rifle round and staying static on anti-eco rounds. Like if you look at all the round Sen won on DEF, it was because they got proactive and took space.

they were not proactive enough on that round and ended up getting crushed between both sides, just like every other round that they lost. They definitely played too static

Honestly the sen attack side on lotus was plagued by how NRG read their comp really well. And sen didnt really adapt before NRG had a great lead

that's not what we're talking about here and I haven't watched Lotus

No I agree that they weren't proactive enough on defense and thats why they lost, but if you look at the few rounds that Sen did win on def it was because they got proactive and took one of the lanes. But also the one round it is acceptable to play static on is the anti-eco which they played aggressive on.

well I'm saying they didn't play aggro enough on the anti eco, but that's also because their setup itself isn't good to begin with imo

Literally even sliggy said they played too aggressive on the anti-eco and I'm more inclined to agree with the guy who was a coach in tier 1 than agreeing with a VLR user who has never even been in tier 2.

Reduxx and Cortez were forced into playign aggressively because they were too pressured by NRG to the point that they ended up taking bad fights. That's what Sliggy meant. My point is that the rest of the team didn't play aggro enough like the rest of the half which is why they were constantly pressed by potential pressure from the attackers because there were too many unkowns around the map. Sliggy pbb thinks that cortez and reduxx should have stepped back and gave NRG more space which is a fine take but in an anti eco (especially against a phoenix comp) you should never give that much space to the enemy. The ideal play would have been to crunch T spawn and that's what I mean by playing more aggresively. This round, wether it was an anti-eco or not, would have had the same outcome no matter what, simply because the way SEN played it was bad, and they played like that most of the half. That's what i'm saying

No sliggy's point is that teams shouldn't aggress on anti-eco's because its not Sen who need to be proactive and make moves, its NRG and as long as Sen just hold eventually NRG would come running into them. There is 0 reason for Sen to ever push out of site giving NRG who have classics close range duels when if they just held site NRG would have had to try and get into site with limited util and classics. Also its fine to give that much space to the phoenix on an anti-eco since he has much less util. And as for why Sen didn't crunch, its because jonahp used prowler A and it got broken by mada meaning that jonahp had to go back and watch drop in case NRG was going drop, leaving jerrwin inserted A main giving them full control over A main. There is no reason to push if jonahp see's nothing drop and jerrwin is inserted in A main and hasn't heard anything. If they simply held angles or jump peaked they could have smoked main and spammed while another player takes heaven. There is no reason cortezia and reduxx should ever be pushing that far out giving up all of arcade and heaven.

I'm telling you with a sherrif and an outlaw reduxx and cortez wouldn't have been able to hold shit, and they thought so too and it's a fair assumption imo. I hate this idea of playing back passively against eco especially on a map like fracture. Especially with this kind of buy it's just a free round for the attack more often than not. I think the real problem in the round is the starting setup + buy, but sen's reaction is not good. Also there is a very good reason to push spawn even if there is no one and it's called flanking and taking space which SEN needed desperatly. It's good no matter wether you're playing buy round or anti eco. Also Jerrwin had a judge which I hate on defense side anti-ecos and goes with my narrative of bad preround setup/buy, he should have a specter or smth in these rounds

Sen chances ended when they couldn't secure T0nz.

Blame him for being greedy for the money.
