when is it and how are they qual for it from vct i dont get it pls explain

the last week of pacific playoffs (last 3 matches I think) will be played in Vietnam. similar to how it was in Tokyo last year

GE FS already qualified, 2 more is the winner of T1 vs RRQ/DFM and PRX vs NS/KRX.
