Can we buff Tejo, Waylay, Neon and Breach?

Can we get these buffs? I speak for everyone when I say that we all want to see a Breach Tejo meta combined with Neon and Waylay diving in with Shotguns. These two metas were absolute peak because there were such a huge variety of weapons used, like Bucky, Judge, Shorty and Odin. Also, the VCT rounds can be so much more fast paced and fun to watch when players aggressively dive into site with Neon and Waylay, and spam Breach stuns and Tejo missiles onto the entire site. We all do not want to see more haram FNATIC playstyles in VCT please, fuck the slow FNATIC defaults. Teams copying FNATIC make me want to sleep

Unironically I think they should make Tejo missles regen again but 1by1 this time

But honestly Breach and Tejo need some love
Giving Tejo the regen that skye has would be fine id think
And breach... He just needs a rework to give him some form of scan initiation. Everyone but him has one

tejo definitely needs a buff
