Why are people acting like swapping coaches is some magic fix every time KC hit a rough patch. this isn’t ranked bro you don’t just insta-solve problems by kicking the coach. engh is literally one of the few coaches in EMEA that actually builds structure instead of just letting 5 aimers run around and pray
yall forgetting KC went from being a joke org to actually looking like a real team under him. that doesn’t happen by accident. systems, midrounding, prep, that’s all coaching. you don’t just throw that away because of a bad stage or two
and don’t give me that “results aren’t there” argument when half the roster moves and inconsistency come from the players themselves. like be serious, how many times has KC changed pieces and still looked somewhat competitive? that’s stability from coaching
also who are you even replacing him with? every time a team drops a good coach they end up recycling the same names and somehow look worse. coaching market is dry, and engh is already proven. swapping him is way more risk than reward
and the biggest thing, identity. KC actually has a playstyle now. they’re not just another random puggy EMEA team. you remove engh and you’re back to square one with zero direction
we’ve seen this so many times: team struggles -> kicks coach -> looks even more lost -> rebuild again. it’s a cycle. KC finally has a foundation and people wanna blow it up for no reason
like you cant make this shit up. keep engh, fix the roster issues, and actually give the system time to work instead of resetting every few months
