Does anyone know the thought process to let dambi play phoenix and francis play neon and not the other way around?

my friend said francis could been ASS on phoenix in scrims, so they went for decent neon and decent phx
neon is getting nerfed soon so they want to make their one trick gain experience with other agents
lets use critical thinking. if we are having our duelist gain experience on phx. what logical agent should our previous yoru player play?
dambi is genuinely good on raze imo. Needs work on every other agent tho

could be an anti anti strat, dambi been struggling last few weeks so playing francis on neon forces other teams to adapt to a different style
dambi struggled against prx and played pretty well against drx, i said anti antistrat because my thought was ns swapped the roles to combat antistratting Dambi in particular
he obv has a very unique playstyle that's hard to replicate, and if nongshim randomly swapped who was playing neon, that style would change, forcing geng to adapt on the fly
must just be that dambi on phoenix and francis neon worked better in scrims (just skimmed the vod and saw you're right, francis either didn't op at all or did very rarely)
i'd like to think that francis phoenix has been tested and the francis phoenix + dambi neon combo is worse than the francis neon + dambi phoenix combo
didn't watch but id assume they want francis to op which is way easier on neon than on phoenix (and #18)
Watching some of the Yoru-heavy teams adjust to life after his nerf has been pretty wild to see.
