But as a genuine answer I think qRaxs goes hard
KC better not keep playing to the opponents level because this was the worst game I've ever watched. Making every game a 50/50 even though this should've been done in 30 rounds
The tournament might not have the merit that a VCT tournament has but I don't think you could say the competition element was any different. All vct teams were involved in qualifiers and I think it would be remiss to say that any of the playoff teams weren't trying for the trophy. Props definitely deserved for the win.
Was ewc an 8 team event with top competitors such as Made In Thailand and Rapid Lofi?
One of the Sentis is Alfa on Chamber, he's taking heads off attack side
Even from the harshest mindset, you can't determine someone's entire career off a single 1v1 in such a high pressure situation as that.
When he's on my god is he the best but whenever he doesn't get alot of fights early into a game he starts to take atrocious duels to join the rest of the team on kills. Luckily he still has the aim to win a few but he nerfs himself heavy for no reason
TH is better all around, but the map veto leans PRX imo. 55/45 in favour of TH imo, but I wouldn't be suprised by an upset.
Gotta respect the Sen city engagement bait.
That game could go either way. PRX insta ban TH's best map Haven but TH are probably happy playing Sunset so they can do the same thing back for Lotus. It all comes down to who wins Icebox imo. Hoping for a scrappy game and PRX pulling off the upset.
First round matchups are good except MIBR > GENG for me. Would love Wolves to make it through but they'd have to get Liquid in the 0-1 and BLG in 1-1
They definitely can, Idk ifthey'd take the loser of GENG/MIBR tho
If TL had Nats I'd agree but BLG could definitely take the opener
Woah that's a bit harsh, I think the chair would be more reasonable
Let him cook, I want to see how far he's willing to dig
Betting companies are literally built to reduce losses. By definition the payouts come directly from the losers so punting tens of thousands on a rigged outcome will take tens of thousands from the everyday person.
Alot of 'you must do this or else' for a land of the free enjoyer like yourself
That's a very reductive take, sure it hurts the betting companies but also screws over the already vulnerable, gambling addicts who throw money at an outcome they don't know is already fixed.
Some of the rounds admittedly do look incredibly suspect like full knife out sprinting haven A long (not even left side but in a position where he would be first contact). But cheating is an incredibly challenging thing to prove so it does seem a little misplaced in the video when there's actual damning evidence in the rest of the video.
I don't think many people are outright blaming the players for playing to their outs in such a mismanaged t2 system. As you said, many people would take those deals, but those players still shouldn't be able to play in a competitive setting again.
He kinda had to release a video now, people were already talking about it on streams so the paper trail was already burned. This is the most he'll be able to get unless somebody royally messes up and even this looks pretty damning.
3 of those teams have been actual dog this split and EDG are lucky to not be classed as such. If you want T1 to be there so they could defend their title than I can sort of see that but their defences already crumbled before anyone put up a fight so better they're not there to stink up the event.
Imagine your viewing experience being solely controlled by name value and not the quality of the games. You are a victim of marketing
That would be a downgrade to each of those teams
The bookies have gotten on the train, ALL THE WAY TO TORONTO BAYBEEE!!
(...Boom clears)
Ardiis. Why? He's Scouse, he just needs to pull out his machete.
And then NaVi, BBL, KC for EMEA prayge. Also gimme Nongshim for the fun of it
Bold of you to assume we will finish the EMEA games today
No cooldown at all is crazy, I think switching to 2 individual salvo abilities and keeping the default initiator cooldown to get only one of them back would have been plenty enough to make people think before they lock him. Would only allow 2 double salvos combos a round. He's fully nerfed into the ground with no cooldown, and thats true even if they didn't mess with prices and decrease his range.
Whichever way they decide would be a bad outcome for one of the teams, it's a no win situation. But I do think if the issues going on with the first map didn't disproportionately effect KC then both teams dealt with the same issues and it's fair to keep the map.
I don't know what the agreement is with the schedule but I would also have let them redo the veto from the TL map pick onwards so Liquid aren't overly prepped for KCs map.
I think he has to go for the region royal flush, get ready to learn Chinese buddy.
But genuinely he's an incredible vibes guy, if he works on his individual form there will always be a team for him if he wants one
They don't play again for 3 months anyway, they have plenty of time to pick someone up during the masters break
It doesn't scream man-child it screams child-child. He's allegedly done and said some horrific things but if he's not old enough for the responsibilities of a full time job this also shouldn't be held over his head for his whole career (as long as he pulls himself together and fixes himself asap).
End of the day he's a kid, still far too old to be saying things like that but his response will do a lot for his future career.
Every play is a dumb play of you know your teammates won't trade you out.
I wish I wasn't here :( I had brain bleeds I didn't know were possible
How tf did they not get a single trade in the 3v3 on site tho, not spamming was trolling but he shouldn't have been in that 1v3 in the first place
True Keiko, benjy and soulcas simply there to look pretty while the main show is going on.
0.69 in game 1.69 In scrims is the only possible way he was chosen
That jump peak one tap was clearly the optimal play :) truly the player of all time
I got cooked, thought C9 was an example cause no damage was done in that round and was reset but I guess that's only half of the rule.
Still doesn't take away from the fact most other games have come to the conclusion that is the best way to navigate the situation.
No everybody wins situation regardless which sucks
That's the rule in every iteration of competitive tactical shooters and has also been used in previous vct games.
It all starts with this 14-12 comeback
I don't know if it would be funnier for TH or GX to absolutely stomp map 3
They're just aim dueling. They've had so many man advantages then one of then goes for kills solo
