I lost 21 rr in a game when I played against a cheater, but when he got banned I got refunded 9 rr only. How does that make sense ? Refund me all rr I lost, that's only fair.

At least you got a refund, in my case I didn't and even when he was 5stacking riot didn't van the other 4 that knew that he was cheating
yea its weird and makes me wonder how many cheaters i lost to when i logged in the other day and got +49 in refunds
At least you got refunded rr, like yesterday I played a ranked game and a guy disconnected and yet my team still got it to ot 4v5 and yet rito doesn't r refund rr because someone left which is stupid.
