I lost 21 rr in a game when I played against a cheater, but when he got banned I got refunded 9 rr only. How does that make sense ? Refund me all rr I lost, that's only fair.

At least you got a refund, in my case I didn't and even when he was 5stacking riot didn't van the other 4 that knew that he was cheating
