can vyse really stop neon?

i was thinking about LEV vs G2 and the possibility of LEV winning

theoretically, the best agent to counter Neon and Phoenix is Vyse, but G2 got owned by zekken on the first map
on the first map babygay went positive on attack and negative on defense, while zekken had pretty much the same frags on both sides (14/7-8)
second map zekken went 6/15 on the attacking side, maybe because of vyse or just cuz he tried to play with the bucky and judge a lot (7/10 without counting pistol, pos-pistol and ot)

G2 couldnt stop Neon from solo entering, imagine Neon + Phoenix
or u can just ignore it and give the site for free and retake every round

am i tripping?

I would like to apologize in advance for my inadequate level of English proficiency. I am not a native speaker of the world's current lingua franca which unfortunately leads to me making numerous embarrassing mistakes being made whenever I attempt to communicate using this language. Whenever I am reminded of how I lack the ability to convey my thoughts in an eloquent manner I feel as though I have committed a cardinal sin, as though every English teacher in the world are simultaneously shaking their heads and sighing due to how utterly disappointed they are at me.

maybe it could work, but nrg clearly didn’t prep deadlock much against furia

brawk didn’t have much impact at all and the most notable mistake is the last round of split

yes but you need to compensate for neons speed so if you put thorns at the entrance theyre somewhat useless you need to put them further back

u can also use them to isolate neon from the rest of the team, wait for her to pass and activate them

mfs overrating Neon hard she ain't even that good people in this game just don't know how to aim properly if Dambi was running me down I would just simply track him perfectly and one tap him in the head and its gg nobody would be crying about a ''Neon meta'' then.

i am not overrating neon, its just what it is, they cut yoru's legs off and removed one of the best waylay's mechanics, if you consider that almost all agents in sentinels roles are weak, a constant movement agent with walls and stun could easily do the job and enter the site

Yes. Babybay was slowing Zekken down. G2 problem on Lotus was that Leaf was dying pretty quickly every round on defense (5 out of 9 times having first death). MIBR won on late-rounds because G2 had way less retake value without Omen since Harbor solo smoke can only do so much

On Split MIBR was very disconnected on TR so its hard to say for sure. But effectively Jawgemo (who does have a somewhat decent Neon at the very least) got nullified on both maps

If they don't change comps Lev is slightly favoured to me. MIBR was trolling a lot and it was still a "clean" 2-0. Leaf looks very uncomfortable playing omen and it seems they were leaning towards that with Valyn perma-harbor. But Lev will need to learn how to deal with a properly set-up Neon cause i think Chamber might have some big gaps
