Entering the third week of action in VCT EMEA Stage 1, three teams remain undefeated, paving a path for the playoffs ahead of week three.

Play in Group Omega opened with GIANTX defeating PCIFIC 2-1. As PCIFIC searches for its first win in VCT, it went up against a GX squad looking to bounce back after a rough kickoff. ara and westside each had 58 kills, pairing their abilities in double-Duelist comps to help GX to its first win of the stage. In perhaps the most entertaining match of the stage, Eternal Fire took down BBL Esports in a Turkish derby. BBL, always a hot-topic team when taking the stage, dropped their map pick of Pearl, then fell short on Split, losing 13-10 in one of the most chaotic, back-and-forth maps to have been played this year. Up against its former players Chronicle and Derke , FNATIC showed that it had the edge against Vitality, winning a tight 2-0 series with a 13-11 on Split and a 13-10 on Breeze. Boaster 's 1v2 clutch against his former teammates is tabbed as the clip of the week for Group Omega.

Group Alpha saw the oil separate from the water in week two, with two teams ending 2-0, two ending 1-1, and two still 0-2. Liquid started play with a 2-0 win over Heretics. With the team bringing in koshmaras to replace the recently departed ComeBack , Heretics appeared to show some rust as they transitioned to a new style that saw Wo0t assume the primary Duelist role. FUT downed NAVI 2-1, with both teams claiming their map picks 13-9 before FUT shut the door on Split 13-6. Filu , despite the loss, impressed with one of the week's more impressive 1v2 clutches. Still playing with a stand-in, NAVI moves into week three 1-1. Gentle Mates got back to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Karmine Corp, with Minny returning to form with a match-high 1.37 rating. While KC continues to shake off rust and reintegrate N4RRATE , one of the biggest viewing points of the stage has been how M8 and marteen deal with the Yoru nerfs. Thus far in Stage 1, the Kickoff standout has played Phoenix, Veto, and Waylay.
